I met my husband in the early 80's while on vacation in Florida. We fell in love and the rest is history...
We married, moved to Jupiter, and raised our five children right here in Jupiter Farms, just a couple of blocks from this very house. We are semi-retired now, and we really enjoy our work managing this beautiful vacation home, Shadey Acres.
We love this area; it feels so rural but has so much to offer. Carlos and I bike to Riverbend Park from our own home frequently. We love to canoe the Loxahatchee River that winds throughout the park and up to Jonathan Dickinson State Park. The neighborhood is safe and very beautiful, great for biking and walking.
Having a large family ourselves, we always rent vacation homes when we travel. Using those experiences, we took the best of what we learned from other homes and tried to incorporate that knowledge into our management strategies for Shadey Acres.
